These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "Player," or "Account Holder") and jjj1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jjj1 website accessible at jjj1.bid and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Services").

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jjj1 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending completion of verification.

Each individual is entitled to register and maintain one (1) account on the jjj1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, jjj1 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances or pending winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number (Pakistani +92 format), and a valid email address where applicable. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to promptly update your account details should any information change.

• Account registration is free of charge and does not obligate you to make any deposit.
• jjj1 may decline any application for account registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
• Accounts registered using automated tools, bots, or scripts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register using another person's identity or contact details.
• jjj1 may conduct identity verification at the point of registration or at any subsequent stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jjj1 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jjj1 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone.

You agree to notify jjj1 immediately upon discovering or reasonably suspecting any unauthorised access to your account, disclosure of your credentials, or any other security breach. jjj1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from your authorisation — express or implied — of any third party to access your account.

jjj1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable at the time of transaction: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR denominated deposits are credited to your jjj1 account wallet in Pakistani Rupees.

By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding of and agreement with the applicable rules.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Quoted odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may change. jjj1 reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds.

jjj1's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your jjj1 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jjj1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the account holder's own request (account closure).
• Following a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• In compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure not arising from prohibited conduct, verified real money balances will be returned to the account holder via the last used verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to jjj1. Bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjj1 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and jjj1, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jjj1 support via live chat.
